jQuery – commonly known as an enhanced version of JavaScript framework ended the prolonged battle between HTML5 and Flash. Although, HTML5 came up with pretty awesome effects but unluckily were not up to the standard, whereas Flash has always been buggy and most of the users disabled Flash for various reasons.

Static content may be dynamically generated either periodically, or if certain conditions for regeneration occur in order to avoid the performance loss of initiating the dynamic engine on a per user or per connection basis. Thanks.
